Responsibilities
- Visit assigned customers and retail outlets according to the daily route plan
- Promote and sell company products to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at customer locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Collect payments from customers as per company policies
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain sales records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industries
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi market and routes is preferred
