Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Advisor.
The Property Advisor will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying and presenting investment opportunities, advising clients on property purchases, and managing client portfolios.
Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through property transactions, and staying informed about market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Property Management and Investments
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Previous experience in real estate or property advising is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
