Role Overview
The ABM Manager owns and drives 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs for high-value target accounts.
The role reports to the Lead, Demand Generation and ABM, and partners with Account Executives and BDRs to connect account plans, campaigns, follow-up, and messaging.
What You'll Do
- Design tailored account campaigns with customized assets, landing pages, direct mail, and outreach sequences.
- Run quarterly 1:few multi-channel programs for priority buyer personas and market segments.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to scale personalized outreach efficiently.
- Select and prioritize target accounts with Account Executives.
- Build HubSpot outbound sequences and route engaged contacts to BDRs with Marketing Operations.
- Track account engagement and funnel movement to support timely, contextual outreach.
- Coordinate messaging and channel strategy across Content, Product Marketing, Digital, and Events.
- Monitor pipeline, account penetration, campaign performance, and return on investment.
- A/B test messaging, channels, and sequences to improve conversion rates.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience executing multi-channel account-based marketing programs.
- Enterprise SaaS or B2B software experience is preferred.
- Ability to translate strategic sales account plans into marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with or interest in Clay and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is preferred.
- Analytical, collaborative, adaptable, and creative approach to campaign and cross-functional work.
