About the Role
Georgetown Early Intervention Center is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, and experience with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual ABA therapy sessions according to treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA/IBA or Clinical Supervisor
- Teach communication, social, play, self help, and adaptive skills
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and progress notes
- Prepare and organize therapy materials
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide regular feedback regarding client progress
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
- ABA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental delays
- CDA License or eligibility for licensure in Dubai is preferred

Job Summary
- The ABA Therapist provides one on one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges.
- The therapist implements individualized treatment plans, collects behavioral data, and supports the development of communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence based ABA techniques.
Key Responsibilities
