Overview
A Russian-speaking Personal Assistant to the Executive with a strong command of English is required for an office in Dubai.
The successful candidate will work in tandem with a Senior Assistant.
Experience Level
Mid-Senior.
Relevant work experience in the UAE (familiarity with government authorities, vehicle registration, utility payments, etc.).
Experience in supervising renovation/maintenance processes.
Proficiency in English.
An existing network of service contacts in Dubai will be an advantage
Proactive Schedule Management
- Organizing business and personal meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Handling the Executive's personal requests, communicating on behalf of the Executive, and protecting their time.
- Tracking the status and completion of tasks assigned by the Executive.
- Assigning tasks to maintenance crews/contractors, coordinating staff and third-party vendors, and eliminating downtime.
Salary
Negotiable (commensurate with the successful candidate's experience).
Package
Visa sponsorship, health insurance, provided lunches, annual bonuses, etc.
Work Schedule & Location
- **Schedule:**
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Office hours from 9:00/10:00 to 17:00/18:00 + site visits upon the Executive's request.
- Must be available on-call after hours if necessary.
- **Candidate Location:**
- Only candidates currently residing in Dubai will be considered.
