Lead the day-to-day execution of the MLSE Foundation 50/50 program.

Ensure regulatory compliance and effective use of marketing channels.

Drive and maximize program revenue across multiple channels while supporting a compelling fan experience.

Oversee marketing communications across digital channels, aligned with Leafs, Raptors, TFC, and Argos brands, sports calendars, and campaign timelines.

Plan and execute team-building initiatives with the 50/50 Staff Supervisor to engage part-time staff.
Partner with the 50/50 Operations Supervisor on event setup and operational readiness.
Manage the 50/50 inbox and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage AGCO licensing and compliance requirements, including iAGCO applications, amendments, reports, and license fee payments.
Oversee verification, communication, documentation, payment, procurement, and distribution processes for cash and non-cash prizes.
Directly oversee the 50/50 Operations Supervisor and Staff Supervisor, providing direction and serving as an escalation point.
