3rd Year Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman

Convergint is currently recruiting for a 3rd year Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in our Calgary location.

As the 3rd year Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations that are typically less complex.

Scope of work includes pulling wire through conduits and through holes in walls and floors.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• Install conduit inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
