The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in leading Hoffmaster’s frontline operations.

You’ll oversee production, distribution, and maintenance activities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

From coaching hourly employees to driving continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll help deliver operational excellence and support the success of our manufacturing environment.

• Oversee production, distribution, and maintenance activities to meet daily operational, quality, and customer goals.
• Ensure all employees follow Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and company safety standards, proactively preventing workplace injuries.
• Track key metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve production, efficiency, and quality.
• Assist with rollouts of new methods, tools, or equipment to reduce labor, material costs, and ergonomic risks.
• Supervise hourly employees and Group Leads, provide guidance, coach for performance, and escalate issues as needed.
