3rd Shift Operator

Our 24-hour, ultra-modern facility is equipped with state of the art injection molding machines designed to guarantee reproducible and dependable products of the highest quality.

We are looking for a 3 rd Shift Lead Operator to perform various responsibilities including but not limited to having knowledge of packaging equipment and automation, can trouble shoot equipment, and can lead the operators.

You will also need to be self-motivated to take on daily tasks that are essential to keeping production running.

This role is essential to ensuring production runs are processing efficiently according to stringent QC standards.

• High degree of knowledge and experience with packaging equipment, labeling system and automation
• The ability to trouble shoot certain pieces of equipment on the floor
• Excellent communicator, leads by example, team-oriented
• Bagging, packaging & shrink-wrapping finished product
• Can work independently to resolve and reconcile issues
