Installs, repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
Evaluates and recommends equipment improvement to improve efficiency, capability and yield.
High school diploma or equivalent
Good attendance
Three years maintenance experience in both electrical and mechanical areas
Ability to show on the floor trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proactive, team working, time management and attention to detail
May need to train on a different shift
