Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic architectural exterior and interior renders.
- Produce high quality cinematic walkthrough animations.
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, landscapes, and environments.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver visually strong outputs.
- Use AI powered tools to support concept generation, visualization workflow, and post production.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, creative expectations, and deadlines.
- Support the team on site during project discussions, reviews, and revisions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural visualization
- Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural renders and animations
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Forest Pack, and RailClone
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Kling AI, Krea AI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar
- Ability to work on site and collaborate directly with the creative team
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and commitment to deadlines

Role Overview
- BlackWhite by Lathief Production is expanding, and we are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer – On Site Freelancer to join our creative team.
- We are seeking someone passionate about creating world class architectural visualizations, photorealistic renders, and cinematic walkthrough animations.
- The ideal candidate should also be open to using the latest AI tools to improve creativity, workflow, concept development, and post production.
- This is an on site freelance role, so the candidate must be available to work directly with our team from our office/project location.
