Soul Concept Event Management is a luxury event firm with over 35 years of combined experience in high end hospitality, specializing in bespoke private and corporate events.

This is a full time, on site 3D Event Designer role based in Abu Dhabi.
Create detailed 3D concepts, renderings, and layouts for luxury events.
Develop stage designs, floor plans, décor concepts, and environmental graphics.
Prepare presentations and mood boards for client approvals.
Collaborate with event planners, production teams, vendors, and sales colleagues.
Refine concepts based on feedback and support on site execution by providing technical drawings.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and references.

Strong event design skills, including 3D event designing, spatial planning, and visual storytelling for luxury or high profile events.
Experience in event planning and event management.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Sales oriented mindset, with ability to support proposals and pitches through compelling design visuals.
Proficiency in 3D design and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Previous experience in events, interior design, exhibition design, or related fields is highly preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Willingness to work on site in Abu Dhabi and support occasional evening or weekend events as required.
