Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D models
- Select color schemes, materials, textures, and lighting
- Design floor plans, traffic flow, and interactive zones
- Ensure accessibility and compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for fabrication and installation
- Choose appropriate materials and finishes
- Estimate costs and ensure the project stays within budget
- Oversee the construction and installation of exhibits
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the final design matches the concept
- Gather visitor and client feedback to evaluate exhibition effectiveness
- Make recommendations for future improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer in the Events and Exhibitions industry (minimum 3–5 years)
- Strong network of clients, partners, and event organizers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exhibition stands, event production, fabrication processes, and brand activation
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Prior exhibition experience required
