We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Estimator / 3 D Interior Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing interior design concepts, and managing project budgets from initial consultation through execution.
Key responsibilities include analyzing drawings and specifications, sourcing materials, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring design concepts align with client requirements and budget constraints.
The role also involves creating mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations where required.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and market pricing, along with proficiency in design and estimation software.
Candidates with Driving Licence is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
