Overview

We as Saudi gaming studio are seeking a talented 3D to join our creative team.

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our game world to life by creating high-quality, immersive character models and detailed environment assets.

You will also bridge the gap between static art and gameplay by handling character animation, ensuring our world feels dynamic, polished, and cohesive.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong artistic eye, technical proficiency across the 3D pipeline, and a passion for crafting memorable interactive experiences.

• Character Art & Animation

  • Model, sculpt, and texture high-fidelity characters and creatures.
  • Perform retopology, UV unwrapping, and skinning/rigging for real-time engines.
  • Create fluid, expressive character animations (idles, locomotion, combat, and emotive interactions).
  • Implement and iterate on character assets within the game engine to ensure optimal performance and visual fidelity.
  • Environment Art
  • Design and build immersive 3D environments, including modular assets, props, and architectural elements.
  • Set dress scenes to enhance narrative storytelling and gameplay flow.
  • Develop materials, shaders, and lighting setups to achieve a specific visual aesthetic.
  • Optimize environment assets for technical constraints without compromising artistic vision.

• Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with concept artists, gameplay designers, and technical artists to ensure assets meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Participate in team reviews, providing constructive feedback and iterating on assets based on project needs.
  • Maintain organized project files and adhere to internal naming conventions and production pipelines.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer).
  • Engine Experience: Solid understanding of Unreal Engine or Unity for asset implementation, material setup, and basic animation state management.
  • Artistic Foundation: Strong grasp of anatomy, silhouette, color theory, composition, and lighting.
  • Portfolio: A strong demo reel showcasing both character and environment work, with clear examples of animation capabilities.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with character rigging and complex skeletal structures.
  • Familiarity with environment storytelling and level design principles.
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques for console, PC, or mobile platforms.
  • Experience in motion capture cleanup or procedural animation tools.
