Role Overview
The employer is seeking a 2D and 3D Draftsman for an interior fit-out team in Dubai.
The role requires UAE experience, AutoCAD proficiency, 3D modeling knowledge, and experience with construction, shop, and submission drawings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D, shop, electrical, MEP, 3D, submission, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with designers, engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements, comments, and site conditions.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control.
- Resolve drawing-related issues with site teams and assist with authority submissions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UAE experience as a Draftsman is required.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of 3D modeling software are required.
- Experience preparing shop drawings and submission drawings is required.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, electrical, and MEP drawings is required.
- Knowledge of dimensions, measurements, construction details, accuracy, communication, and coordination is required.
- Interior fit-out or construction experience is preferred.
- Authority submission and approval experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
