Functional Requirements
- Work effectively with crew, promoting a team environment
- Maintain quotas or production standards
- Safety equipment required (safety shoes, earplugs, safety glasses)
- Shift work required
- Bending, stooping, standing, walking on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift 30- 50 pounds or more throughout the shift
- Ability to work all shifts including 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to use hands and arms and legs to operate equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate or GED
