What is the opportunity?
Support Operational Risk subject matter experts in identifying and documenting AI use cases and requirements.
Partner with AI and technology development teams to support delivery of AI use cases.
Combine business and technical skills to meet Operational Risk AI needs.
What will you do?
- Partner with Operational Risk subject matter experts to understand AI needs and ensure requirements are met.
- Document AI use cases across intake, scoping, and detailed requirements stages of the AI development lifecycle.
- Experiment with large language models to identify AI opportunities and best practices.
- Support AI adoption as a change champion within the business.
What do you need to succeed?
- Leadership acumen and passion for applying leadership in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong AI experience with demonstrable prompt-engineering experience.
- Experience creating and running Python scripts.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking, self-direction, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Student eligibility
- This is a four-month Winter 2027 student placement running from January 2027 through April 2027.
- Applicants must return to school after the work term or require the full four-month term as a mandatory graduation component.
- The successful candidate must be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.
Work arrangement
- Specific virtual, hybrid, and in-office arrangements are to be discussed with the hiring manager.
