Support the advancement of Operational Risk AI capabilities.
Identify and document AI use cases and requirements with risk subject matter experts.
Combine business and technical skills to support delivery of AI use cases.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Operational Risk subject matter experts to understand AI needs and ensure requirements are met.
- Document AI use cases throughout intake, scoping, and detailed requirements stages of the AI development lifecycle.
- Experiment with available large language models to support AI opportunity identification and best practices.
- Partner with AI and technology development teams to support delivery of AI use cases.
- Act as a change champion to support AI adoption within the business.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrate leadership acumen and a passion for applying it in a dynamic business environment.
- Have strong AI experience, including demonstrable prompt engineering experience.
- Have experience creating and running Python scripts.
- Have excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be a creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Student Placement
- This is a four-month Winter 2027 student placement running from January 2027 through April 2027.
- Eligible candidates must return to school after the work term or require the full term as a mandatory graduation component.
Work Arrangement
- The successful candidate must be located within Ontario for the work term.
- Specific virtual, hybrid, or in-office arrangements will be discussed with the hiring manager.
