Opportunity Overview
The Process Risk COE and Strategic Execution team supports standardized process management, risk reduction, and strategic execution across RBC business units and functions.
The Business Analyst Process Risk COE Intern will gain hands-on experience while contributing to projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with proposals and presentations supporting decision-making and program delivery.
- Conduct research and analysis and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to defined projects and tasks under direct supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Participate in meetings and workshops and record minutes and action items.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Be returning to school after the April 2027 work-term end date, or require the full four-month term as a mandatory graduation component.
- Have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Be detail-oriented and have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
