Take part in an orientation to learn about Macquarie business groups, with your fellow analysts and expand your professional network.

Receive formal training, including financial modelling and presentation skills, but at its core the program provides practical on-the-job learning to further your career. If you have ideas that have merit, we’ll give you the opportunity to develop and test them to create new possibilities.

Build strong connections and work collaboratively while also partnering directly with our business leaders on meaningful and challenging work.

Receive support from your manager and aligned mentor as you gain genuine insight into our industry.

You are studying Computer Science, STEM, Physics, Management Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related subjects.

You are curious and analytical, enjoy solving complex problems and can communicate technical concepts clearly.

You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships with technology and business stakeholders.
