In the Southeast Region , you’ll gain hands-on experience through internships in civil, building, and estimating — contributing to real projects that drive progress across Miami, West Palm Beach, Vero Beach, and Fort Myers.

Our internships are designed to be a pathway to full-time careers.

Top-performing interns will be considered for Field Engineer roles upon completion of their internship, starting after graduation.

Field Engineer Intern – Civil (Miami, WPB and Fort Myers)

• Support daily site operations alongside Project Managers, Supers, and Engineers
• Inspect materials, manage deliveries, and ensure quality/compliance
• Update schedules, RFIs, cost tracking, and documentation
• Participate in safety walk-throughs and uphold OHLA protocols
• Gain exposure to roadway design, traffic control, and paving

Field Engineer Intern – Building (Miami only)

• Support daily field operations on vertical building projects (e.g., healthcare, education, residential facilities)
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, manage deliveries, and oversee quality/compliance
• Assist with schedule updates, submittals, RFIs, and documentation
