2027 Summer Intern: Sales Operations Data Analyst Intern

Internship Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Support strategic, analytical, and operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement of the Sales Organization.
• Develop evidence-based business strategies using data analysis techniques and analytical tools.
• Extract insights from data, solve complex problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Acquire, manage, mine, and visualize data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Internship Structure

• Department and team-focused projects account for approximately 80% of the schedule.
• The remaining 20% includes a kickoff conference, development sessions, networking, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Preferred Tools and Skills

• Preferred tools include Microsoft Office, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and R.
• The role values critical thinking, communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and high standards.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and completing a bachelor's degree.
• Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Current program GPA of at least 3.0.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum internship development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or future sponsorship.
