Internship Overview

Internship Responsibilities

• Support identification, design, and implementation of strategic business solutions that optimize Sales Operations.
• Assess business functions within the Sales organization and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and performance.
• Undertake impactful strategic, analytical, and operational projects within high-performing teams.
• Work alongside the department team and intern cohort with ongoing mentorship and development opportunities.

Program Structure

• Department and team-focused projects account for approximately 80 percent of the schedule.
• The remaining 20 percent includes a kickoff conference, professional development, networking, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
• Intern development events and activities may require local travel.

Required Qualifications

• Be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university bachelor's degree program.
• Have a current program GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience is preferred.
