Program Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients.
• Deliver customized solutions to help protect, manage, and grow client wealth.
• Understand client needs, tailor approaches, and collaborate across teams to provide first-class service.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation must occur between August 2026 and July 2027.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates need excellent organization, multitasking ability, judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
• Candidates must show interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Candidates should want to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
• Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A second EU language is preferable but not essential.
