Program Overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data and build financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
• Prepare client presentations and manage transactions from pitch to close under senior guidance.
• Develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Build technical skills and a professional network through training, mentoring, and project work.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluency in English.
• Expected graduation between January 2025 and December 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

• A UK 2:1 bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Internship Periods

• The program offers January to June and July to September internship periods.
