We deliver a full IT Service Management lifecycle across applications and infrastructure support to provide a controlled and secure production environment.

• Ability to work as part of a global, cross-functional team, including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary.

• Support the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and technology platforms in a complex enterprise environment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute work, resolve issues, and support both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
• Leverage AI and other toolsets to monitor production health, analyze trends and performance data, and help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support activities while building knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.

• Application support, production monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
• Site Reliability Engineering, AI, & Automation.
• Process improvement, operational analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• End-to-end understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise technology environment.

Summer Internship Program The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions.

Through a skills-driven talent model, interns gain insight into the capabilities, platforms, and functions that power BNY's global franchise while contributing to impactful business initiatives.

Program eligibility:

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
