The Baseball Operations group supports on-field success by integrating stakeholders to acquire, develop, and optimize players for the Boston Red Sox.
Position Overview
The Baseball Operations Associate program provides hands-on experience across the Red Sox Baseball Operations department.
Each associate contributes primarily to Acquisitions or Baseball Administration and Strategy while supporting department-wide initiatives.
The program combines project-based education, daily task execution, and exposure to high-level baseball decision-making.
Prior baseball experience is not required for success.
Timeline and Compensation
- The program begins in January 2027 or June 2027, depending on candidate availability, and runs through October 31, 2027.
- Compensation is $20 per hour plus a monthly living stipend.
