You Will:
Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Apply learnings and best practices to design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility to projects across our platform.
Advocate for our community of players and creators, solving user challenges while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency throughout the design process.
Receive ongoing mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities for growth as a product designer.
You Are:
Pursuing or an undergraduate/graduate degree in Design (i.e., UX/UI, Interaction, Motion, Graphics, Typography, Web, or Product) or a related field.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Curious about people's behaviors, needs, and motivations, recognizing this as essential to the design process.
Aesthetically inclined, valuing the design of the world around you, from software and hardware to architecture and art.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page .
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
