Role Description
Support cross-functional business teams by managing contracts and executing day-to-day contract and obligation administration.
Ensure ExxonMobil, its affiliates, and contracting parties meet contractual guidelines and obligations.
Provide procurement and contract administration support for business continuity and compliance.
Business Scope and Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee contract and obligation administration within the relevant portfolio.
- Interpret contract language, terms, and conditions into administrative actions.
- Build knowledge of supported business areas, tools, and processes.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve contract-related issues with contract owners and other stakeholders.
- Provide support and requested reports to business lines, supervisors, and other interfaces.
- Manage executed contracts, obligations, and amendments in relevant systems.
- Monitor and maintain contractual obligations.
Procurement Operations
- Create, maintain, and update purchase orders and agreements in the relevant systems.
- Track renewals, expirations, amendments, and other contract milestones.
