Role Responsibilities
- Support project initiation by setting up project management and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Miro, and OneNote.
- Provision and manage access for client and internal project team members.
- Coordinate Business Process Guidance sessions and maintain meeting schedules.
- Prepare project documentation, presentation decks, Excel trackers, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.
- Support CEMLI implementation cycles by tracking documentation and deliverables.
- Prepare Conference Room Pilot presentations and execution trackers.
- Maintain project recordings, transcripts, and knowledge repositories.
- Track RAID items and follow up with functional and technical teams.
- Maintain change request logs and change management trackers.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing documentation, trackers, and supporting materials.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, meetings, action items, dashboards, and documentation accuracy.
Tools and Project Activities
- The role uses SharePoint, Smartsheet, Miro, OneNote, Excel, project documentation, RAID tracking, change management, SIT, and UAT activities.
