2026-055 Program Support Assistant, Casual, West Perth Village (Ritz Lutheran Villa)

Facilitate large, small, and individual programs including set up and take down of equipment and seating

Ensure the well-being and safety of residents in programs

Assists in the orientation of new residents

Observes and reports on resident concerns and assessments

Assist residents on program outings

Purchasing of authorized supplies

Use and storage of department equipment in delivering programs

Participate in team review of resident care conferences

Publish/create/maintain monthly program calendars, posters, decorations, flyers, etc.

Care and feeding of all West Perth Village pets

In the performance of all duties, demonstrate respect for the privacy, dignity, and individuality of the resident; adhere to home policy on confidentiality

Perform all duties and demonstrate conduct in accordance with the policies and procedures of West Perth Village
