About the Role
Provide comprehensive administrative and managerial support to the Vice President of Operational Excellence and Financial Management.
Coordinate with university units, manage communications and documentation, support meetings and committees, and handle confidential information.
Key Result Areas and Duties
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President.
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases using Microsoft Office applications.
- Gather, compile, and summarize data, reports, briefs, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with units across the division regarding requirements, reports, and other matters.
- Prepare correspondence, communications, reports, and other documents.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain records.
- Provide secretarial support to standing university committees.
- Maintain office systems, administrative processes, room bookings, and conference facilities.
- Sort communications, assist visitors, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Manage the Vice President’s office during the Vice President’s absence and handle confidential information securely.
