The Distribution Center Associate supports daily warehouse operations in a high‑volume distribution center. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, assembling, and handling materials to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick tickets, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Accurately pack orders to company specifications, ensuring product protection and correct labeling
Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics in a fast‑paced environment
Load, unload, move, and stage inventory throughout the distribution center
Safely handle materials using fork trucks (forklifts), pallet jacks, carts, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment
Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety policies and training requirements
Maintain organized work areas and properly store inventory in assigned locations

Perform light assembly and labeling of products per work instructions
