Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in industrial safety or an equivalent qualification from a recognized body.
- NEBOSH Certificate.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or material-handling operations, including oil and gas.
- Experience planning, conducting, and reporting QHSE audits and inspections.
- Skills and experience in HSE data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior QHSE management with annual HSE objectives and monitor their realization.
- Review and implement permit requirements for materials warehouses.
- Provide appropriate qualification training for work permit applicants.
- Report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare safety alerts and lessons learned.
