Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable **Female Barista** to join our team, primarily assigned to **events, catering functions, exhibitions, and special occasions**.
The ideal candidate should be confident working in fast-paced environments and providing excellent customer service during events.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and beverages to a high standard
- Set up and operate coffee stations at events and functions
- Interact professionally with guests and provide friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
- Work flexible hours based on event schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred (training can be provided)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure during busy events
- Flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Team player with a positive attitude
